Neph's Photos...Sometimes

A photo when I can get one up. Something interesting. Something special. Hopefully something one of a kind.

Sweet Roses

Nothing picture worthy yesterday, so I took one of these dried roses. The roses are from when Robert proposed on August 24th 2004. He had 72 roses everywhere in the apartment and down the stairs and on the balcony. 24 each of red, yellow and white. Red is love, Yellow is friendship, and White is purity. It was very sweet.

Dad Jokes...

Does anyone know what this is? More importantly, has anyone or anyone's dad ever done this before? My mom had surgery yesterday (nothing major just a standard thing), and my dad and I were sitting and waiting on her. Everytime my dad sees a latex glove he just has to take it and blow it up...usually there's a face on it (with the thumb as the nose), but we couldn't find a pen. Anyway, he just thinks it's the funniest thing known to man every time he does it, and of course I have to laugh because I'm his daughter. Do dads go to a school to learn all of these corny jokes? Just wondering. Love you, Dad!

Boring Day...

So I figured I would be honest with you so you don't feel like you're being gyped. I did not find a single thing that struck my interest today...nothing especially picture worthy. I decided to dip into my photo archives. I took this picture when Robert and I were on our honeymoon. I really like it because all of the colors in it mesh together so well. It's one of my favorites and rather than just pick something stupid at my house to photograph, I decided to share this favorite with you.

UA is 1 what??

UA is 1 loser? UA is 1 BAMF? UA is 1 big failure? UA is 1 big dumb idiot that couldn't get "UA is #1" on her license plate so she settled for something that I found funny and had a million different phrases running through my head after I saw it. I had to post this picture today because it brought me the smallest inkling of joy on my way home from work in rush hour traffic. Thanks to the lady in the white 4 runner.
